3. Products & Pricing

• Luxury at Affordable Prices: We source high-quality perfumes and accessories directly to offer competitive pricing. All products are guaranteed authentic.
• Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy, but colors/finishes may vary slightly due to device screens.
• Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payments.
• Availability: Items are subject to stock limits. Sold-out products may be restocked—sign up for alerts!

4. Orders & Payments

• Order Acceptance: Placing an order = your offer to buy. We confirm acceptance via call/email.
• Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/debit cards in future.
• Payment Security: We use SSL encryption but aren’t liable for breaches caused by third-party payment processors.
• Order Cancellations: You may cancel within 1 hour of ordering. After that, we can’t guarantee cancellations.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Partners: We work with trusted carriers (e.g., TCS, Leopards, Pakistan Post, M&P, FedEx Express).
• Delivery Times: Estimated at checkout but may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
• International Orders: You’re responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties. Check your country’s regulations.
• Lost Packages: Contact us within 2 days if your order doesn’t arrive. We’ll investigate with the carrier

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns Window: Unused/unopened items (in original packaging) can be returned within 7 days of delivery. 
• How to Return: Email us for a return authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA won’t be accepted. 
• Refunds: Issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened perfumes (for hygiene reasons).
  • Earbuds/smartwatches with broken seals.
• Defective Products: Contact us immediately. We’ll replace or refund defective items. 

7. Warranties

• Electronics (Smartwatches/Earbuds): No warranties apply. We’ll help facilitate claims but aren’t responsible for defects. 
• Perfumes/Accessories: No warranties unless stated. 

8. Intellectual Property 

• Our Content: Logos, product photos, and website design are owned by Fragster. Don’t copy, resell, or misuse them. 
• User-Generated Content: Reviews/photos you submit may be used for marketing (with credit). 

9. Limitation of Liability We’re not liable for:

• Allergic reactions to perfumes (always check ingredients). 
• Accidental damage from product misuse. 
• Third-party websites linked on our site. 

10. Prohibited Uses

Don’t: 

• Resell products for commercial purposes without permission. 
• Use bots/scrapers to steal data. 
• Post false reviews or harass our team. 

11. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of Pakistan. Legal disputes must be resolved in its courts.
