2. Return Policy Highlights

• 15-Day Window: Return unused products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked!
• Condition:
  • Main Bottle Must Be Unused (seal intact).
  • All Items Must Be Returned: Main bottle, pocket carrier, freebies, and original box.
  • Original Packaging: Ship items back in Fragster’s original box (no substitutes).
• Non-Returnable: Pocket carriers (once opened) or damaged products.

3. How to Return

• Step 1: Download and fill out our Return Form.
• Step 2: Pack all items (main bottle, pocket carrier, freebies, invoice copy) in the original Fragster box.
• Step 3: Ship via traceable courier (e.g., TCS, Leopard) to:

4. Important Notes 

• Return Shipping Costs: Paid by the customer (non-refundable).
